Q: I have purchased the Career Development assessment but haven't received my username and password yet. Why I haven't received my login information?
A: Upon succesсful payment, we immediately send a welcome email with the login information to the email address you have provided with your payment. However, it is possible that the email went to your junk email folder. If you completed the payment and haven't received the welcome message, make sure to check your junk email folder.
Payments with major credit cards via Paypal are typically completed within seconds. However, other methods such as eCheck may take several days to clear the payment. If you used eCheck as the method of payment, your welcome message with the login information will be sent when the payment is cleared and we received a notification from Paypal regarding successful transaction.
If, upon a successful payment you still haven't received your login information, please contact us and in your inquiry please provide all details about your payment and an alternative email address where you can be contacted at.
Q: I would like to purchase a second assessment for another person. How do I go about it?
A: You can purchase another assessment in the same way you purchased the previous one, by visiting our purchase page
Please make sure you are not logged into your account. If you are logged in, please click the Logout button in the top right corner.
After you make a purchase you will receive an email with the username/password for the second account. After you (or the other person) log(s) into your new account, you can change the name and the email that appears on the account by clicking the button displaying you name, in the top right corner, near the Logout button.
